Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!

Today's subject is the same as last week - and of course that's because it's no about what you draw, but about allowing yourself to spend some time doing what you love: drawing.

I am using my Lamy Safari fountain pen with nib B, and today I am approaching my subject with the continuous line drawing. Which means I am setting a rule: I can't pick up my pen anymore, once I started drawing. Every time I draw the subject in a different position, I will try and do it in just one line.
You'll need to trust your eyes - they lead the way by looking carefully at the contour of the subject - then your pen is following, kind of like a seismograph.
You'll need to be smart about it, finding your way through the whole shape: you may need to retrace a line you already drew, but you can also keep shapes open, not drawing its edge at all - the brain will finish the shape.
