Make Your Drawing Pop!
Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!
Today, let me take you on a relaxing drawing session in the park, inspired by the serenity of dark water with water lilies floating on it. In this video, I walk you through my creative process—from choosing a simple, minimal toolkit to focusing on contrast and color to make the water lily petals stand out. I'll explore the shapes, textures, and colors that capture my attention, and I'll show you how to be bold and use contrast to add depth and interest to your artwork.
This drawing session was like a meditation, and I am glad I filmed it. Hopefully it brings some calm and joy to your day.

Your assignment this week:
Take a short walk, find a quiet spot, and draw what inspires you. You could even do this at home, if going outside is not an option.
Remember, it’s not about perfection; it’s about enjoying the process.
