Black Paper Background
Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!
Today, I am experimenting with a black paper background. That's because I got a few questions about it from my Patreon community.
I don't have a lot of experience with it, so I'll try some different ideas, tools and approaches to find out more about working on black paper.
Play around, use your imagination, apply artistic license, try and find texture, contrast and highlights.
Materials used in this video:
-Uni-ball SIGNO broad white gel pen.
-Faber Castell Pitt artist pen, White 101
-Caran d'Ache Luminance Colored Pencils
-Caran d'Ache Neocolor I water-resistant wax pastels (crayons)
-Winsor&Newton Designers Gouache Cadmium Yellow
