Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!

In today's episode, I'll flip through the pages of a recently filled sketchbook, lovingly handmade by John, a participant in one of my workshops. This sketchbook with watercolor paper, was wonderful to fill with my daily visual journaling.
From quick drawings and experiments with tempera sticks and watercolor pencils, to capturing urban scenes and moments in cafes, each page tells a unique story of exploration and growth.

Just like you, I too have the occasional struggle or less-than-perfect result, but I learned to embrace the process, knowing that every drawing is part of my artistic journey an growth.

As we flip through the sketchbook, I share insights into my creative process, including techniques, observations, and a bit of eavesdropping too.

Let me remind you about my monthly online mini workshops, where artists of all levels can come together to draw, learn, and inspire one another. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, you're invited!

Every sketchbook has its own challenge, whether it's a paper like this one, or the format, or something new and unfamiliar for you.

You get to experiment and play and discover and broaden your horizon and make your comfort zone a little bit wider with every drawing that you make.

Your assignment for today:

Open your sketchbook. Make a drawing.
Do it with the material that is maybe a little bit challenging for you. Just do it - push yourself and you will see that while you're busy working with it, you are learning a lot.

And if nothing else, You made a drawing. You had some fun.
