First week in klass!
This week Sketchbook Skool’s Kourse ‘The Whimsical Sketchbook’ has started.
In this first week, we’re hanging out with illustrator Rebecca Green in her studio in Nashville, Tennessee. She gives us, the students, some great pieces of creative wisdom. She makes an amazing piece of art for her demo, using many different art materials, and then leaves us with a fun piece of homework, which I am doing in the video below.
Next week, Mike Lowery is talking about ways to keep a sketchbook habit, how to keep a travel journals, and how using humor is a great way to stay creative and have fun each time you’re working in your sketchbook.
It’s not too late to join ‘The Whimsical Sketchbook’! Go to SketchbookSkool.com to find out more and enroll!
Hi I'm Koosje. I'm an illustrator and art teacher in Amsterdam, where I was born and raised. I went to school to study graphic design, then worked for ten years as an award-winning professional photographer. But eventually my love of drawing and painting took over and I became an illustrator. My illustrations have been published in many Dutch magazines and in 2011, I began blogging and started developing and teaching online art classes. In 2014 I founded Sketchbook Skool, which is a flourishing community of artists from around the world of all skill levels. View all posts by Koosje Koene
